Heart-related illness is one of the major causes of death in India. Kaleesuwari foundations has partnered with hospitals to support patients who need medical assistance especially cardiac surgeries.
This is one of the flagship initiatives of Kaleesuwari foundations. By partnering with various hospital run by trusts and caters to the poor had supported for surgeries in coronary heart diseases. A total of 611 surgeries has been performed so far in this program.
The foundation had extended its support in equipping the government PHC’s, GH’s and private trust hospitals with state of the art medical equipment such as ultrasound scanners, pediatric bubble CPAP machines, LUMIFY Ultrasound color Doppler, anesthesia workstations, BI – Carb machines.
The foundation organizes health camps in rural and underserved areas, providing free medical check-ups, eye camps and treatment to those in need. A total of 17580 beneficiaries have been benefited from the camps organized.
Kaleesuwari foundations had reached 383 differently abled individuals through various stakeholders and facilitated the provision of 283 prosthetic limbs and 100 wheel chairs.
